Everyone has different bodies, goals, schedules, budgets, and access, so Brendan will work with you one-on-one to make sure that you are equipped with the best information to do what works best for you. Through regularly scheduled meetings, you will learn general nutrition information, how to navigate the grocery store, how to prepare healthy & tasty meals, and how to recognize misinformation & poor advice online. You will get more than just nutritional guidance by incorporating exercise into your program and learning how to build habits that will compound over time to help reach your goals. This whole-body approach to health will have you feeling great and living the life you want to lead!
